With over four decades of experience with several of the top manufacturers in the country and a great design team, JenJil Packaging specializes in designing and creating boxes that are customized to your specifications. Made with agricultural and industrial-grade container board, our boxes can be treated to resist weather, add strength, and eliminate warp. Container board can also be treated to resist tearing or bulging, depending on the product and its final destination.

Flexible Packaging

Flexible packaging combines the best qualities of plastic, film, paper and aluminum foil to deliver a broad range of protective properties while employing a minimum of material. Typically taking the shape of a bag, pouch, liner, or overwrap, flexible packaging is defined as any package or any part of a package whose shape can be readily changed. Flexible packages are used for consumer, industrial, and institutional products and applications, to protect, market, and distribute a vast array of products. Flexible packaging adds value and marketability to food and non-food products alike, From ensuring food safety and extending shelf life, to providing even heating, barrier protection, ease of use, resealability and superb printability. Flexible packaging is light-weight and easy to open, carry, store, and reseal.

Polyethylene

We offer a wide variety of agriculture and industrial poly and vacuum-sealed bag liners, including printed, colored, and plain FDA approved low-density polyethylene liners. We also supply metalized, opaque, and re-closable bags. Let us customize your poly bags using various types of gauges or materials to maximize productivity and minimize cost. We are a provider of high definition, low density and a blend.

Tree & Vine Protectors

Our tree and vine protectors are made of virgin poly-coated milk carton stock. The protectors are created with fade-resistant ink, allowing your company branding to be visible for 12-18 months. The heat-sealing process allows for longer product durability, adding extended protection from UV rays, herbicides, pesticides, and rodents. We provide a variety of custom and stock-size protectors.

Ideal for nurseries, vineyards, wineries and growers.

Grow tubes

Grow Tubes are a twin-walled tubular structure that ensures seedlings survive against environmental threats that can kill unprotected plants in their first seasons; acting as a mini-greenhouse to grow the whole plant from the roots to stem and shoots. The tube allows for sunlight.

Corrugated Plastic

We offer custom products for cartons, nurseries and shipping materials. Our nursery clients and two-way shipping clients find this particularly helpful. Reusable containers are multi-use and ideal for customers to meet their environmental goals.

Utilized for shipping and pallet wrap, we offer a range of stretch film from high performance to blown.

Slip Sheets

Slip sheets strong, flat, lightweight, environmentally friendly sheets used as the platform for unitizing, handling, storing and shipping. They eliminate the need for wood pallets, providing compliance among destinations throughout the world.

Tier Sheets

Tier sheets or pallet pads are used for pallet stability when stacking boxes and helps to avoid contamination by maintaining cleanliness on the top row of boxes on the pallet.

Fiber Tri-Wall Tote

The leader in triplewall, heavy-duty doublewall, and laminated corrugated packaging. Tri-Wall products feature four flat facings of liner and three interleaved and glued corrugated mediums. They are ideal for the auto and aircraft industries, as well as fabricated and primary metals, agriculture, processed foods, information technology, transportation equipment, industrial and commercial machinery, plastic products and hazardous waste.

Print Styles

Print styles are custom designed and ordered, with special care taken for each customer project. Capabilities include film, flexo, litho, preprint, postprint and multi-color processes.
